§1 League System
1.00) The season consits of a group stage (round-robin/all-play-all).

2.00) Group stage:
2.10) The participating teams are randomly devided into two groups.
2.20) The group stage is organized in a single-round-robin system, in which every team plays all others in its group once.
2.30) All matches are played 2 maps | MR 15 | played-out| 2 team-chosen maps | matchday within 14 days the team who wins the most rounds, wins the match and receives 3 points.

§2 Schedule
1.00) League matches take place within the predetermined period (14 days) of the current match day.

2.00) A match which has not been played within the prescribed period, can be rated as "No Game" (NG:NG).

3.00) Teams which do not react in the match-comments 48 hours before the end of the prescribed period at the latest will be penalized with a "Default-Loss" in the corresponding match.

§3 Prematch
1.00) The home team (indicated by a home-symbol in the schedule of fixtures) chooses the server.
1.10) If the away team owns a server as well, the second map can be played there.
1.20) Less server changes during matches are appreciated. Administration efforts are reduced and it is easier for HLTV viewers to keep up with the match.

3.00) Both teams must write "ready" before starting the match.

4.00) A team needs at least 3 players to be eligible to start the match.
4.10) Should some players disconnect during the match, the match has to be paused. In case the players are not able to come back, the match must be interrupted and a protest ticket must be sent.

5.00) All participating players have to use their AWFL nick in-game.

§4 Match shifting
1.00) A match shifting is only possible by having the consent of the opponent team.
1.10) Should the opponent team not be giving you consent, they have the right to get a "Default-Win".
1.20) With the consent of the opponent team a match shifting is possible - it is not mandatory, but we would prefer a played match over a protest match.

2.00) In case a opponent does not show up, you have to wait until 20 minutes after the official match-date, make a status screenshot, and open a protest ticket.

§5 Match media
1.00) Every player has to record demos! One demo per half/side (CT/T).
1.10) HLTV-demos are not counted as in-eye demos.
2.00) Demo-Requests: Demos have to be requested via match-script 30 minutes after the match at latest. Maximum 2 halfs/sides per player and 4 halfs/sides per team.
2.10) The requested demos have to be reviewed by the requesting team itself. In case of serious cheat suspicion you have 14 days to write a timetable and hand it to the admin-team.
2.20) The requested demos have to be uploaded within 48 hours after the official match-date.
2.30) In case a player is not uploading the requested demos in time, the player and his team will be punished according to §12.
2.40) In case a player has not provided any of the requested demos, the opponent team has the right to request a rematch if they like to.
2.50) Should there be two or even three players of the same team fail to upload their demos, the admin-team will confer about this.
2.60) All match-media has to be stored for 21 days and has to be uploaded in case an admin needs it.

3.00) In cases of suspected non-compliant behavior, admins may require all match-media which are necessary to clarify the facts.

4.00) Both teams have to make Scoreboard-screenshots and the winner of the match has to upload them.
4.10) The team who has the game-server rcon password has to create a RCON-Status-screenshot. In following cases you have to make a further RCON-Status-screenshot: Gameserver-/playerchange or reconnect of a player. Screenshots done with HLSW are not permitted.
4.20) All required Scoreboard- and RCON-Status-screenshots have to be uploaded 24 hours after the match at the latest.
4.30) Infractions may be rejected and punished only by members of both teams involved in the match up to 14 days after the match-date.
5.00) HLTV Broadcasting needs no consent, please make sure your server has at least 11 slots and cvar sv_proxies "2".
5.10) HLTV-Settings:

Delay: 120 seconds
Spectator Chat: ON
5.20) Wrong HLTV-settings have to be complained about before match going live, otherwise the settings are agreed.

§6 Interrupted and deleted matches
1.00) In case a match is interrupted or a rematch is needed, the match has to be finished 7 days after the official match-date at the latest.
1.20) Rematch:

- Lineup change is permitted.
- Penalties of the deleted match do not count any more
- but player penalties stay retained.

2.00) Accidental server restarts: In case someone restarts the server when the game is live already, the match is interrupted!
2.10) If it should not be possible to continue the match immediately due to technical issues please arrange another date with your opponent.
2.20) The admins will decide about necessary measures if a match cannot be continued, for instance because of human reasons (e.g. flames, insults, rage quits, and more). The admins retain the right to ban a player for a continued match, grant a "Default-Win" (16:00), or set the match to be cancelled (NG:NG) in case of gross violations. The match will be cancelled if both teams show an uncooperative and unsporting behavior or the match cannot be continued on time.
